CAUTION:
This eye protector is not suitable for protection against: High energy impact/Laser radiation/Infectious matter.
This PPE is not meant to be used, nor should it be used, in dangerous situations. No PPE offer full protection.
To reduce the risks associated with eye hazards which could result in serious injury or death, inspect the eye protector before each use. Replace immediately if there is any sign of damage including scratched lenses.
If protection against high speed particles at extremes of temperatures is required, then the selected eye protector should be marked with the letter T immediately after the impact letter, i.e. FT, BT, or AT. If the impact letter is not followed by the letter T, then the eye protector shall only be used against high speed particles at room temperature.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the materials which may come into contact with the wearer’s skin do not cause an allergic reaction, this may not be the case for a minority of susceptible individuals. In the event of such a problem occurring, stop wearing the eye protectors immediately and seek professional advice.
If the symbol F, B and A are not common to both the oculars and the frame, then it is the lower which shall be assigned to the complete eye protector. Eye protectors against high speed particles worn over standard ophthalmic spectacles may transmit impacts, thus creating a hazard to the wearer. Eyewear shall be transported and kept in the original packing, temperature range 5°-40°C, relative humidity<80%.
Each eye protector should be cleaned using a mild detergent of a suitable lens cleaner.
Please contact the customer service before using spare part.
Store eyewear in a dry area at room temperature and sheltered from sunlight.
Discard the product after 5 years.
